Paulita Carlotta honors a 30 day return policy on clothing and jewelry, providing the item is in its original condition.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days and we'll refund the purchase price minus shipping. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Any returned product must be in the original condition received and in the original packaging if applicable.

All fine jewelry is guaranteed for one year on any repairs needed.
